The ControlBitmap allows you to store multiple controls in 
a single bitmap file.  For example the Next button might have
multiple state (Normal, MouseOver, Pressed, and Disabled).
These are stored in the control bitmap file (Buttons)
at position 0,32,119,63

Another button (say play) can be stored in the same bitmap at
another position.
