The issue is "able to", rather than "willing to". The current zinf cvs
doesn't compile on Windows. The various windows parts of zinf have been
neglected for so long that getting it all to work again is likely to be
non-trivial.

Don't let that put you off though. 

I think the general consensus is that for a windows version of zinf to
exist again, it should use the mingw toolchain, which would make it much
easier for a linux-based developer to produce windows builds.
