Where is the source to the Vorbis Codec

I noticed that the vorbis.dll and ogg.dll that are used in Zinf differ =
from the sames given at Vorbis.com

Im looking for a stripped down version of the files, for decoding only, =
like Zinf has.

Where can I find this source???
