OK, I've sort of got the unix build working again. I haven't fixed the =20
libzinf/io dir problem though, so to build on both linux and win32 you =20
would have to execute
make; cd base; make; cd ..; make

Also, as the zinf executable is linked against an uninstalled library, to=
 =20
run zinf with gdb from the build directory you have to execute
libtool --mode=3Dexecute gdb ./base/zinf

One slight problem that I feel I should point out, what with the attempt =
=20
to get win32 support back and all, is that there is no offical =20
implementation of Arch on Windows, and not much hope of one soon.

There are some unoffical binaries linked from the same wiki, though I see=

to remember performance not exactly being great last time I tried them.

So unfortunately, I suspect totally dumping CVS isn't viable at the =20
moment. Though, I do agree it would great if we could :)
