They aren't linked to zinf when zinf is compiled. They dont need the .la 
files. The .la files are useless to zinf.

We dont need to install the plugins as if they're going to be used by 
some other project to compile against. So we can install it the same way 
we install the zinf binary. The zinf binary is installed like a program, 
not a library. We should install all the plugins like a program is, just 
with a different install path.
