So, does anyone know why when i resize the output buffer in pullbuffer
to have a buffersize of X and a overflow of Y that i cant send it less
than X or it flips out? the vorbis decoder decodes various sizes of
data from 512 to what you specify as the max, 4096 for example. Now I'm
not sure i can control it to only want to write 4096 because
documentation is fucking non-existant. But if i cant, then can someone
tell me why the output pullbuffer only accepts a single size as input?
That doesn't sound cool.

Anyways, i have it working so long as the decoded data is in 4096 byte
chunks. Gonna need to work on it a bit more to make it work perfectly.

if anyone has vorbis decoder writing experience and happens to be
reading this ...contact me. The ogg vorbis website sucks ass.
