once we say hey, we want the pullbuffer for output to have X size buffer 
with Y size overflow we cant send it less than X data at a time.  We 
have to send it exactly X data every time.  This doesn't make any sense. 
but since i'm not at the point of redoing pullbuffers, the decoder will 
have to be written in a way that it always sends the same amount of data 
every time.

I haven't been attacking them.  Just stating a fact that they have no 
documentation and their website sucks ass for anyone requiring 
development info.  Their faq is great if you happen to be the stupidest 
user around but there is no developer faq to be found.  Plus, they have 
no irc channel on efnet, undernet, or freenode. mailing list is a last 
resort,  as I dont think i'm going to get a response that quickly if at 
all as most of the traffic is either comment related or stuff about 
psychoacoustic quality.
