The project is moving forward albeit slowly.  Recently, Andreas
Rottmann has added an automake style build system, Tim Lesher has been
re-adding the win32 code.  When we have win32 back and somewhat updated
we will probably release 2.2.4 for both linux and win32.

You can check out the CHANGES file for a little more info on previous
versions.

You can also look at WISHLIST for the expected releases.

Any chance you have some time for some coding?
