Almost there.  Found two minor things that abort the build:

1)

In plm/metadata/id3lib/id3lib.cpp:

#include <id3/tag.h>

The only tag.h in the tarball is ./plm/metadata/id3v2/tag.h

In Makefile.in:

    $(mkinstalldirs) /usr/share/pixmaps
...
    $(mkinstalldirs) /usr/share/gnome/apps/Audio

Y'all need to shove a $(DESTDIR) in there, folks.

I'll patch these up in the RPM.
