I figured that out on myself.

Not a problem, this dependency can be enforced by the RPM package.

While building an earlier version of zinf, I compiled the following list of 
dependencies which gets enforced by RPM in order to build all zinf plugins.  
If anyone spots an obsolete dependency, let me know:

nasm
arts-devel
ORBit-devel
gtk+-devel
gdk-pixbuf-devel
libogg-devel 
libvorbis-devel
zlib-devel
audiofile-devel
esound-devel
ncurses-devel 
desktop-file-utils
libmusicbrainz-devel (*)
id3lib-devel > 3.8.0 (*)

The last two RPMs I provide, the rest of them are in the base distro.
