Well, I just did a big commit. It did the following:

1) Some missing plugins added to the buildsystem. 

2) Added files that were missing in 'make dist' 

3) Move a few files out of their src/ and include/ dirs into the base
   dir (esp. the soundcard PMO modules - the had one file in the
   include/ and src/ dirs). 

   Probably some oneone should go thru the whole tree and get rid of
   src/ and include/ everywhere, for consistency's sake (AFAIR, there
   was consensus that this is a good thing).

So, I'd be glad if I could get some feedback about wether my commits
broke anything and wether 'make distcheck' works now for everybody.

Some issues I stumbled upon on my way:

1) The RIO plugin doesn't compile (try --enable-rio). It obviously
   missed some interface changes.

2) po/zinf.pot is a generated file (see po/Makefile.in.in, there is a
   rule for it), and should therefore be removed from CVS.
