I was thinking of making the tool bar configurable.    All menu items
should be available for placement in the tool bar.
Maybe something like what's in browserlist.cpp would work.

It's more work to actually make the musicbrowser the primary UI.   I
have seen
several requests for this on this list and in
the feature enhancements.

For my part, shake it up and move it around as you see fit.
