Re: Configuring a Checked out Zinf

Well, I really didn't wanna havt to install all those.  I don't do X
here at all so doubt I could install half that stuff like GTK.  I
tried, for the heck of it, the configure script from the 2.2.4 version
but when I ran the make, I got a bunch of dir not found errors and it
obviously faild on the spot.

I'm wondering if it wouldn't be easier for me to just copy in the
source from the CVS tree onto my 2.2.4 directory and re configure and
make from there. would that work, given that 2.2.4 and recent CVS
should be fairly close right now?
