While my intermittent *streaming* problems with Zinf
on windows are currently better, I'm having problems
installing Zinf on linux.

My work machine is a dual-boot machine, and the linux
side is Suse running KDE. I downloaded the RPM
and got

"error: failed dependencies:
       glibc >= 2.2.5 is needed by zinf-2.2.1-2"

I know I did the rest correctly because the previous
time it complained about two dependencies: "musicbrainz" and "glibc"
and when I RPM-installed musicbrainz, and tried again to
RPM-install Zinf, I got the above message only complaining
about "glibc".

The fellow who created the dual-boot disk, a CS professor,
even tried to use the downloaded source files but those didn't work
either (even after make/make install worked, running ./zinf failed)

It's a little depressing as someone trying to slowly
switch over to linux that Zinf the open source program
which installed fine on my windoze machine isn't installing
on the linux one...so any help would be appreciated..thanks,
