Hello, Good Morning:

What you have to do is got back to e-music, sign in, and go to your downloaded music.  Click back onto the music files you were trying to download.  That music will then reappear in the Download box, and indicate which have been completed, and which have been queued.  You can click on any one of the files that are "queued", and select "resume".  The Downloader will continue to download all the music that have not been completed.  

If you were downloading an album, click back on album.  If you were downloading a single piece of music, click on that.

    hi!
    my computer got frozen and i had to reboot, and after that, my zinf dosn't recognize the downloaddatabase file.. i don't get any error msg, it just dosn't start downloading and there's nothing on the queue.. and i had like 160 files on queue.. does anyone knows how to fix this?
