Newbie: Is this the right place to post bug reports?

Hi all

I have recently become a Zinf user and first I want to say
its fantastic. Its playing along happily on a
PI(100MHz/16MB) where WinAmp 2 hangs on startup.

I've also started using on my main machine (Celeron
700MHz/64MB, WinME) and for the most part it runs happily.
However, sometimes (particularly when I eject a CD and
reinsert it) I receive an error message. I want to post a
bug report and I hope this is the right place:

System:
Zinf 2.2.1 Installer for Win
WinME
Celeron (700MHz/64MB)

Bug description:
Error dialog pops up, typically after CD eject/reinsert.
Zinf continues running.

Error dialog contents:
"Core Admin not present"
Expression: s
