Re: Installing Zinf 2.2 on redhat 8.0

Hi, thanks for the help sand orry for not including my
compiler information last time.
I am using gcc-3.27
i have installed 
musicbrainz-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm
musicbrainz-devel-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm
id3lib-3.8.2-fr1.i386.rpm

And  i now get this error when running 'make' for zinf
2.2.3
/usr/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to
`cerr'
/usr/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to
`endl(ostream &)'
/usr/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to
`__out_of_range(char const *)'
/usr/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to
`ostream::operator<<(char const *)'
/usr/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to
`__length_error(char const *)'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [zinf] Error 1

I have tried successfully to compile and install
musicbrainz 1.10 from the source and i still get this
error. I dont have either /usr/include/id3 or
/usr/local/include/id3 on my system either

I am at a loss as to what to do next. Any suggestions?

the musicbrainz library and header files and have also
installed the libid3
