I don't have any MP3s.

All my other oggs work, both the ones I've downloaded from the Open Music
Registry, and others that I've created from Windows .wav files as a test.
The 'broken' chord.ogg plays ok when I drop it on oggdropXPd in 'playback'
setting.

I've just started dipping my toe into the waters of digital music, looking
forward to buying a portable ogg player later this year.
