No UI

I am running on Linux,
when I launch Zinf from cammand line, there is what I  get : "No UI plugin in '.:~/.zinf:/usr/lib/zinf' matched 'plugins/zinf.ui' or 'plugins/zinf.ui.ui.'
Zinf will quit.

What's the problem ?
