Problem mit playing mp3s

Hello,

I have installed Zinf version 2.2.4 on linux. I build it with 

./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-ipv6

When I try to play mp3s with a different bitrate then 128 kbps or with
a different frequency than 44100 Hz, they are played much too fast and
too high. It sounds awfully. An example for this problem are the
following mp3s:

http://web431.server43.greatnet.de/Music/MP3/NeverDie.mp3
http://web431.server43.greatnet.de/Music/MP3/Lovesong_Demo.mp3

XMMS 1.2.8 plays them without problems. Can someone reproduce this
behaviour?
