The command: locate libstdc++.so.5 gives me: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5.0.1 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5 But, when I double-click on zinf-2.2.4-1.i386.rpm on my RH8.0, it searches and reports that it cannot load because of dependencies for libmusicbrainz.so.2 libstdc++.so.5 So, of course, trying to load musicbrainz-2.0.2-1.i386.rpm reports that it needs libstdc++.so.5 . What command can I use to install the rpm and direct the install to search under /usr/lib/ for the files it needs?
