zinf installs ok, but can not open "Zinf cannot find a valid user interface module"

I was downloading from emusic using Zinf just fine on
my other computer, now I attempt to use it on my other
computer and all I get is this message. Can ANYBODY
help?
I have re-downloaded and re-installed several times.
