Zinf in Multicast under Windows

Hello !!!!

I want to make an Internet Radio Station with my friends and I want to
broadcast in multicast technology, so I've got a question:

Is this possible to broadcast in multicast technology using Zinf under
Windows or maybe Unix or maybe both platforms?
If it possible, tell me please how can I do this under Windows?. If it's
no possible, please tell me what sofrware can I use to broadcast in
multicast under Windows and Unix
