They're here.    On top depends on some
sort of window manager hints that I am not familiar
with.  In fact, in the current development version
of zinf, I can set the window frame on the musicbrowser
to "sticky" and "upper layer" which will keep the musicbrowser open 
on every desktop and on-top of all other applications.
Since you can control zinf completely through this interface now,
you may be happy with this.  Otherwise, Doing this on border-less 
themed zinf main player window might be complicated and I
really don't know exactly how to do it.
