My Zinf just died - any alternative?

After a few days of flawless operation my Zinf has just stopped working with an error message 'Zinf has encountered a problem and needs to close'. Uninstalling, downloading again and reinstalling makes no difference. Any suggestions for a cure - or an alternative program for downloading full Cds from EMusic?
