Ed:

Thanks for looking into the accessibility issues. I'm afraid that I'm one
of those non-programming Windows users so I can't be of too much help.
However, if you decide to work on clearing up some of the accessibility
issues, I'd be happy to try to put you int touch with some more technically
oriented blind users. The main things that are helpful in accessibility is
using standard Window control and commands and going further, associating
commands with short cut keys so that thing can be run from the keyboard.

An example of the problem I'm having is that once I launch Zinf, my screen
reader "sees" nothing on the screen. Getting the menus to come up seems to
be sort of hit or miss and the only menu that I can access is one dealing
with playlists and importing music to the program. For some reason, I can't
seem to access any menu item for play or similar commands.

I hope this helps a little. If I can give you or one of the other
developers any more feedback, please let me know.

I just recently joined this list so I don't know about the flow of info.
Most of the posts appear to be trying to give constructive feedback.
Perhaps, sometimes it is not stated as constructively as we all might hope.

I think one frustration from the user perspective is that there used to be
some choice with Emusic for downloading whole disks. Apparently, those
wonderful folks at Real.com have dropped their previous support for such
downloading which leaves Zinf.

Zinf may be a wonderful product now or in the future, but Emusic did not do
its users any service when it limited its options, though perhaps it is a
Real.com issue. It is too bad that you get hit with the shrapnel from
decisions over which you have no control.

At any rate, thanks for looking into the accessibility issues and please let
me know if I can help from my position of programming ignorance.
