You can use Ahead Nero. I used to like Roxio Easy CD Creator, but once I adjusted to the interface of Nero, I found it suited my needs more. I will import tracks for an audio cd when you drag an m3u into the window. Ahead Nero is ~$50US for the serial number for the download, CD version is about $70US. Another program that is cheaper, but I haven't tried it personally, is Acoustica http://www.acoustica.com/mp3-cd-burner/index.htm. Bonne Chance!
