Good work, and yes - this is the right address!

Before I add this to SVN, just a few questions from someone with no
python knowledge what so ever:
1) Is the __file__ variable always a full path? For all python
versions/implementations?
   - If not, it should be documented which versions are supported.
2) Is this how a python API is typically done? With variables instead
of functions?
3) I see the source mentions a web address with more documentation
about how to use it. Are you planning on writing this?
