Questions about creating a development package

Hi,

I'm not English, so there might be some mistakes. ;-)
First of all i want to say, that autopackage is great! I really thank you
for creating it, it's very good, i like it!
Because I want to see more programs using it, I am trying to let my own
programs use it. The first one i tried is a static library, the package
installs the development version (.a, .hpp, .pc).
I got 2 questions:
- How can i require the dev versions of packages? E.g. i have to require
libpng-dev.
- What's wrong with the attached apspec? When i try to install the created
package i get:
Installing libraries...
Installing compile-time configuration files...
Error: Package jngl Library could not be installed.

No other errors. This happens with the CLI version of autopackage, too.
