No, afaik there is no such option. But you can add "RootOnly" to your
package specfile to force installation as root, but I think that's not
what you want, is it?

I think it would be quiet easy. If you like, I could create a patch
for this within the next week.
Let's wait what one of the autopackage developers say and maybe open a
ticket in trac then.
