Right now it'll get 1.2.4, but as soon as we declare 1.2.5 is
officially released it'll download 1.2.5.

For now, to get 1.2.5 support code, you have to set
AUTOPACKAGE_RUNTIME_VERSION to 1.2.5 to force the new version to be
downloaded.

I hadn't heard of a distro without wget by default until Jan Niklas
brought it up just now.
