Yeah, this is tricky. I don't know if we can detect this situation
reliably from autopackage.

What we do right now is to run sudo -k (to empty the cache) which will
make sudo require password even if it was granted just a minute
earlier (normally, sudo caches this). This does not work for setups
like yours.
