We have version checks around the _checkEULA call, so it shouldn't be
a problem. There was, however, a brief amount of time when the support
code in svn did not have those version checks, and any package built
with that particular checkout would fail on old support code.

Can someone test this on a system with old (pre 1.2.5) support code?
Just install any package from autopackage.org and see if it breaks!
