No, you don't need to change the namespace. Just as you don't change
namespace for all the other system functions you use.

Just do
using Autopackage;
at the top of each .cs-file using binreloc, or write the full name in the code:
string dir = Autopackage.Binreloc.DataDir;

No need to create anything. The binreloc class members are static -
just call them like any other function.
