Autopackage 1.4.0 RC1

Hi everyone,

I just wrote my last exam today, so I'll have plenty of time to hack
on autopackage from now on. Try it out and tell me any bugs left. Of
course I will test it myself in the next few days on several
distributions (already did on Ubuntu and Mandriva).

To test this release run
export AUTOPACKAGE_RUNTIME_VERSION=1.4.0
and then install a new package by executing it.
