I've now upgradet trac to 0.11 from the debian repositories and made
sure the basic stuff works (login, web admin, browser, tickets) but
haven't tested extensively. please report any issues

They've changed the template system between 0.10 and 0.11 which means
the site looks a bit weird now (top logo thing) but I'll fix that
later. At least stuff seems to work now

Left TODO:
 - Remove all old trac stuff in /usr/local
 - Fix appearance
