I've also modified the ticket workflow according to http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracWorkflow (the basic workflow is now what we use) Regarding migrating to git: I personally don't really see the need to do this, since we really only have one active developer and svn is more well understood by the majority of people out there. Plus, I'm not sure how the migration will handle our trac ticket<->commit relationship that we have now. That said, I don't really care and my opinion shouldn't matter since I'm no longer an active contributer.
