AP v1.4.1: Dependency Building: Broken

Hi All

To recap, my Quamachi application depends on Hamachi.  I'm wanting to
rebuild all of my packages with AP v1.4.1, due to the new multi-architecture
support.

AP v1.2.6 successfully retrieves the Hamachi package when installing
Quamachi, but this no longer works if the (remote) Hamachi package was built
with AP v1.4.1.

Here are the only two lines I've changed:
#CPUArchitectures: x86
CPUArchitectures: all
#AutopackageTarget: 1.2.6
AutopackageTarget: 1.4.1

Here's the error message I'm now receiving:

FAIL: Unable to prepare package Quamachi - Hamachi GUI.

If Hamachi is built with AP v1.2.6 and Quamachi is built with v1.4.1, this
problem doesn't exist.  I've deduced from this that there's a bug in the AP
v1.4.1 code, preventing it from building remote dependencies that were also
built with AP v1.4.1.

Can you confirm that this is the case?  If so, I must say that I think a bug
like this should never make it past the prerelease testing phase.
