Default Download Site: Google Code

Hi All

The default download site(s) for AP is very slow and I'm sure it's annoying
for those around the world who install my ".package" files.

Can someone please create an AP project on Google Code, so that we can use
it as the default download site for everyone who installs a ".package"
file?  Despite Google being commercial, Google Code is an open-source
initiative.
