I was wondering the same thing :-).  We can get around any such terms by
periodically committing some of the code revisions to Google Code's VCS,
even if it's not used as the working repository.  They won't care, since
it's the "wealth of code" they're interested in having.

Currently, Google Code supports both Subversion and Mercurial repositories.
I reckon Jan will be cool with the idea and I'm happy to be its maintainer,
if you guys are short on time.
