No, I was merely in a rush.  Thanks; I've adjusted the licensing to become
LGPL on GC.

About the mirroring, the download sites are hardcoded within
> main/trunk/share/downloader.2.template or held in variable
> $AUTOPACKAGE_RUNTIME_MIRRORS.

I'm guessing that Jan will be modifying these kind of settings, when he gets
more spare time.
