I understand what you're trying to do, what I don't understand is why you're trying to do it. This is not the way the tool works, and it would greatly complicate matters. Let's take a step back. What are you trying to ACCOMPLISH by trying to make the Full and Differential separate Jobs, instead of different levels of the same Job?
