Similar issue reported in #2703 | bacula-13.0.4

Hello,

We are experiencing the same issue as reported in #2703 (bacula-13.0.x). 
Similar to the author of the bug report we noticed that even properly 
decrypted files trigger bacula to generate the false 
encryption/decryption error.

We noticed that false decryption error arises when size of the file is 
close to the Max Buffer Size or N x MBS. We played with MBS in config 
and found that  the list of files is almost the same. During last try we 
increased MBS to 524288 and got false error with file size of 524291. 
Smaller files  disappeared from the list. Every time we got the error 
message, we verified md5sum of original and recovered from tape files 
and they coincided.

I was trying to report this bug or update ticket at gitlab.bacula.org, 
but login/registration/authorization did not work.

Could you please help in fixing this issue?
