bacula setup hangs, need help debugging

Hi, I inherited a bacula setup, backing several machines up on tape. Sadly the setup hangs, no network/cpu/io activity while jobs are running forever. We are running Bacula 11.0.6. Do you have any clue where to start in debugging the setup?
