You can look into the pg_hba file (location is distro dependent, I'm not looking at a RHEL-like distro, but have it in /etc/postgresql/13/main/pg_hba.conf ) and you may find all you need in comments there. I would usually recommend to not use ident authentication but rather go for a proper CRAM variant. Essentially, make sure the credentials you have configured for bacula-web are matching what you have on the server side.
