Not more info, just confirmation. But I wouldn't be surprised to find 
that, three months after their restructuring process started, they are 
no longer interested in servicing their tape products.

If you have tapes you do need to keep usable, you better start looking 
for a replacement product. Your hardware vendor at least will appreciate 
that :-/
