You'd still need to create the dummy fileset, and client, etc to satisfy the parser as mentioned in Rob's re-post of my recent email, but Admin jobs are specifically for doing this sort of thing where no data is moved and just some number of scripts or commands are run. Am I missing something in your requirements?
