Just some information as I have seen "Overland-Tandberg": Overland-Tandberg is currently bankrupt. No service, support, repair exchange etc. So pray that your devices do not die at the moment. Stuck with a dead tape robot until the situation clarified. I hope there will be some repair, as my robot is actually still in warranty...
