Any way for incremental backups to consider just size changes as changes

Dear Sirs:

I have read the Bacula documentation, especially regarding the 
"Accurate" option for incremental backups, looking for an alternative 
that allows incremental backups to be performed, considering files that 
have undergone size changes as changed, and not considering changes in 
file timestamps.

I am looking for an alternative to more efficiently back up the 
directory where we have Outlook storages, the classic PST files.

At my workplace, users have Outlook connected to Google Workspace email 
using the Google Sync (GWSMO) synchronizer. This allows users to access 
email from the current year or from one or two years in the past.

Along with this most up-to-date storage, we have PST storages with 
historical emails, one per year, to ensure they are lightweight and 
allow the Windows indexing system to run smoothly.

The problem with these PST storages is that if they're linked to 
Outlook, even if no changes are made to them, and therefore no size 
modification is made, the file timestamps are continually updated. For 
any backup software, these files have changed and, inconveniently, are 
included repeatedly in incremental backups, ultimately consuming space 
on the backup server.

I was looking for something in Bacula that would allow me to ignore 
timestamp changes for incremental backups. Is there anything that can be 
done, based on your experience?
