Hi Heitor,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request more detailed information regarding how your solution operates. From my understanding, it appears that there is a one-way synchronization involved. However, I would like to clarify how the database information is handled in this process. Are the databases also synchronized in the same manner?

Additionally, I noticed that you mentioned costs associated with your solution. Is there a dedicated product website where I can find more information about pricing and features? Furthermore, if I understood correctly, your support seems to be focused primarily on Bacula Community. Could you elaborate on whether you support just the plugin, or do you also provide assistance for issues that arise within the Bacula Community in conjunction with your plugin? In the event of a problem, will we need to rely solely on the community for support, or do you have a system in place to assist with these issues?

I also wanted to address your special offer, which claims that we can transfer our current license in favor of your product, such as Bacula Enterprise. However, when I compare the two solutions, I notice a significant gap between Bacula Community and Bacula Enterprise. Do you have plans to bridge this gap? As it stands, the current offer makes it challenging to consider replacing an existing product.

I look forward to receiving more information about your product, its features, and any future plans you may have. Thank you for your attention to these questions.
